All of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
At Bonheur, we are a small team of just two people, we aim to deliver as quick as possible to you, however, please be mindful we are a small business and during busy periods we advise to order in advance. The majority of our deliveries would usually arrive within 5-10 working days (so please exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays) unless otherwise stated. There will be some exceptional items with longer delivery- stated on the website.
Bonheur Home Decor is not responsible if incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We will not process any refunds in such circumstances.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? If you have ordered within the last 5 days then please be patient. As stated our delivery is 5-10 working days. Your item is in the postal system and is working its way towards you! Unfortunately, our delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If you still have not received your order within the 28 days expected delivery date and you fail to notify us, unfortunately we will only be able to issue you store credit in form of a discount code off a future order. We unfortunately cannot go through every order to ensure they’ve been delivered and we would need yourself to contact us. See contact page.
HOW MUCH IS A DELIVERY? Standard fee is £4.95, UK delivery only.
